Canes go on to the conference finals!

Yes, I admit it, I predicted the Canes would lose the series against the Bruins. But come on, Boston was the best in the conference. How could i possibly predict this outcome? As much as last night’s Pens/Caps game seven was a snoozer this was a nail-biting-till-the-end-bouncing-out-of-your-seat exciting marathon of a game. Of course, there have been longer games in play-off history, this one only went to 18:46 of the first overtime period, but it FELT like it was a five hour game.
I’ve had trouble sleeping over the last several months and especially these last few weeks (with work so crazy), and all I wanted to do tonight was to see Roddy’s team win so I could sleep peacefully. I doubt I’ll get to bed before two after that finish! Man, my heart is still racing ??? meanwhile Chris is quietly snoring away.
So how’d I do on my predix? 3 out of 4 (game count not included) and the team I really wanted in it is in! Go Canes!
